Returns & Exchanges
At Newton’s First, we believe in freedom of movement—even when it comes to returns. That’s why we offer free domestic returns and exchanges on all orders placed directly through newtonsfirstclothing.com
Returns and exchanges can be requested up to 60 days from the date of delivery.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in unwashed and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return/exchange:
- Email us at returns@newtonsfirstclothing.com with the Order Number in the subject line. In order to expedite the process, please email us from the same email address associated with your order.
- Provide us with information on the nature of the return/exchange. If you are exchanging an item for another size, please provide us with the new sizes you require. If you are returning, please provide us with a reason so that we can continue to improve our product and service.
- We will issue you a prepaid return label. You have 30 days from the date the label is issued to ship the item back to us. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please make sure to ship the items back using the correct shipping label unless otherwise instructed.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the shipment is received at our warehouse for your return to be checked-in. Once completed, we will issued a replacement item for an exchange or issue a refund to the original method of payment for a return.
Please note that gift cards are ineligible for return or refund.
International Returns
If you need to make a return, please email returns@newtonsfirstclothing.com for detailed instructions. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
