Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
We are proud to offer 3 shipping options to all our customers.
ECONOMY is the default shipping method for orders above $50 after all discounts have been applied. This is a FREE service and ships from our Fort Worth, TX warehouse in 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Economy shipping uses either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.
STANDARD is the default shipping method for orders below $50 and an optional class of service for orders at or above $50. Standard shipping is $9.99 and ships from our Fort Worth, TX warehouse in 3-4 business days from the date the order is placed .Standard shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.
EXPRESS shipping is an optional class of service for all orders, regardless of order value. Express shipping is $19.99 and ships from our Fort Worth, TX warehouse the same business day if the order is received by 11 AM CT. Orders received after 11 AM CDT ship the following business day. Express shipping uses USPS Priority Mail.
If an order shipped with STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping is partially or fully returned, the shipping cost is not refundable.
If an order shipped with ECONOMY shipping is partially returned, and the value or the order falls below the $50 minimum required for FREE shipping, then a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
International Shipping
Customer will be charged a $30 flat rate for shipping internationally.
Any duties or taxes that the purchaser/consumer’s country of residence charges are the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer and are NOT included in the total paid at checkout. We encourage all international customers to check with their local governments first to confirm tariffs and de minims exemptions.
Once the order is placed, the purchaser/consumer is responsible for duties and taxes.
Missing Package Policy
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the delivery address listed in your confirmation email.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or front desk staff who may have received it on your behalf.
- Wait 24–48 hours. Sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely and arrive shortly after.
- If your package is still missing after 48 hours: Contact us at info@newtonsfirstclothing.com with your order number no later than 7 calendar days after delivery.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist in locating the package. We are not responsible for packages after they are marked delivered, but we want to help.
We may offer a one-time replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis, especially for first-time issues.
Orders marked delivered due to confirmed address or delivery errors may not be eligible for reshipment, but we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.
